Cookie Settings & Cookie Policy
This page explains which cookies and similar technologies the JuTech website uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It works alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more broadly.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit. Some are essential for the site to work, while others help us understand how the site is used or let our marketing tools recognise a returning visitor. Similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels are covered by this policy too.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our tools. They include the session cookie that keeps your browsing session consistent between pages, the CSRF token that protects our contact and newsletter forms from cross-site request forgery, and the entry in your browser's local storage that remembers whether you accepted or declined non-essential cookies so we do not show the consent banner on every visit.
Analytics and performance
With your consent we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and where traffic comes from. This data is aggregated and helps us decide which content to improve. These tags are only loaded after you accept non-essential cookies.
Marketing
With your consent we also load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which lets us measure the results of our advertising and show relevant campaigns to people who have already visited the site. Like our analytics tags, the pixel is only activated after you accept non-essential cookies.
Embedded content
Some pages embed third-party content such as Google Maps on our contact page and footer. These providers may set their own cookies when the embedded content loads. Their use of cookies is governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.
How to change your cookie settings
When you first visit the site a consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. To change that choice later, clear this website's site data in your browser settings and reload the page; the banner will appear again and you can make a new selection. Declining non-essential cookies never affects your ability to browse the site, read our case studies, or contact us.
You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser. Most browsers let you refuse all cookies, accept only first-party cookies, or delete cookies that have already been set. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the contact form, from working correctly.
Third-party opt-outs
If you prefer to opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, Google provides a browser add-on for that purpose. Meta lets you manage ad preferences and off-Facebook activity from within your Facebook account settings.
Updates to this policy
We review this cookie policy whenever we add or remove a tool that sets cookies. Significant changes are reflected on this page, and the consent banner is shown again when a new category of non-essential cookies is introduced.
