1. Nature of Services and Engagements JuTech operates as a specialized product development and branding studio. We deliver bespoke software engineering, user experience (UI/UX) engineering, and strategic brand design system development. Any specific commercial engagement, timeline, deliverable, or development milestone will be defined in an independent, mutually executed Contract or signed official Quote. In the event of a conflict between these general Website Terms and a specific Contract or approved Quote, the terms of that signed Contract or Quote will take precedence for that corporate engagement.

2. Intellectual Property Rights The allocation of proprietary intellectual property is divided into distinct classifications:

  • Website and Brand Assets: All content, layouts, text, code assets, visual interfaces, graphics, minimalist aesthetic configurations, corporate marks, and structural frameworks present on this Website are the exclusive property of JuTech Pte. Ltd. and are protected under Singapore and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, mirror, or redistribute any framework asset without explicit written consent.

  • Project Deliverables: All Intellectual Property (IP) Rights, source code, designs, frameworks, trade secrets, and operational architectures created, developed, or delivered during any commercial engagement belong to JuTech completely and exclusively unless explicitly stated and agreed otherwise in writing within a specific signed Contract or approved Quote.

3. Payment Terms and Strict No-Refund Policy

All commercial transactions, engineering milestones, and design fees are subject to the following payment enforcement rules:

  • No Refunds: All payments made to JuTech Pte. Ltd. for design services, software development, code architectures, strategy, or infrastructure configurations are final, non-cancelable, and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Scope Changes: Acceptance of an active Quote or signing a Contract constitutes an absolute commitment to the financial terms stated within that document. No refunds or credits will be issued for adjusted project phases, reduced features, or unilateral project cancellations by the client.

4. User Conduct and Website Restrictions When accessing or using our Website, you explicitly agree not to engage in any activity that compromises our system security or infrastructure stability. Prohibited actions include:

  • Infrastructure Interference: Attempting to bypass authentication mechanisms, probing or testing infrastructure vulnerabilities, scanning network ports, or attempting to circumvent Cloudflare security routing profiles.

  • Automated Scraping: Using automated scrapers, data-mining scripts, or extraction engines to index or harvest our digital product portfolios, case studies, or architectural documentation.

  • Malicious Deployments: Using the Website to transmit malicious software, execute cross-site scripting (XSS), or deploy denial-of-service routines against our application framework.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability This Website and all informational content, portfolios, and case studies are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. JuTech does not warrant that the Website will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or free of server anomalies. To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law, JuTech Pte.
